• You must be aged 18 or older; a British citizen, a national of an EEA State other than the UK, or a national of Switzerland; AND you are seeking to acquire a serviced plot of land in Cheshire West and Chester for your own self-build or custom housebuilding project.
• The Council does not match each individual applicant to specific plots of land or planning permissions.
• Completion of this form does not guarantee a suitable plot will be available for you.
• ALL relevant sections of the registration form must be filled in. Incomplete forms cannot be processed, and we may need to contact you for further information.
